Avid Award Archives
Avid Awards celebrates and honors homebuilders based on the highest ratings from customer experiences. Since 2003, Avid Ratings has awarded homebuilders nationally for their excellent service and product. There are four awards provided by Avid Ratings: the Avid Cup for highest customer ratings for first year in a new home; the Avid Diamond Award for highest customer ratings nationwide at the move-in of a new home; the Avid Gold Award for highest customer ratings per region at the move-in of a new home; and the Avid Benchmark Awards for 25% customer ratings nationwide (recognizing 2nd and 3rd place homebuilding companies).

2010 Avid Awards
In 2010, Avid revised the program so that the designated year of the award coincides with the year of the announcement, not the year surveys were conducted. Because of this, surveys conducted in 2010 counted for the 2011 award year, and therefore an award for the year 2010 does not exist.
