Ten North American Builders Select Avid Rating’s Innovative GoTour® Interactive Video Home Tours to Boost The Customer Self-Service Experience

MADISION, WI (April 13, 2015) – Avid Ratings is excited to announce the new implementation of GoTour® with ten North American homebuilding companies in their for-sale single-family home residences. GoTour®, a self-guided home virtualization tool that allows consumers easier access to experience the builders’ available model homes, options and customer reviews online. Avid’s technology also allows consumers to drill into product manufacturers specifications and videos, and allows the builder to track the interest level consumers have for various products offered.
The United States builders implementing this innovative technology are Arkansas-based Rausch Coleman Homes, California-based DeYoung Properties, California-based Shea Homes, Florida-based GHO Homes, Illinois-based Fidelity West, Michigan-based Infinity Homes, Missouri-based NT Home Builders, LLC, Utah-based Sego Homes, and Wisconsin-based Veridian Homes. In Canada, the builder that has added GoTour® recently is Alberta-based Bedrock Homes. As proven in previous successful GoTour® campaigns, the implementation of this product will lead to increased sales and marketing success for these builders.
