Jim Sanders
President / AR Homes – SandStar Homes, LLCFor more than 25 years, SandStar Homes has served Charlotte, Desoto, and Sarasota counties, creating meticulously crafted homes. For owner Jim Sanders, the love of building began while working summer residential construction jobs. This led him to a degree in Construction Management from the University of Florida school of Architecture, and it wasn’t long after that he opened his own custom homebuilding company. After Hurricane Charley hit the region, Jim wanted to be part of something bigger and became an AR Homes® franchisee, giving him access to award-winning plans, volume pricing, and stability.

Ron brings 13 years of experience in construction and operations with a Masters in Project Management, Graduate Certificate in Project Management, and Diploma in Education. As Director of Operations & Customer Care, Ron’s experience coupled with his genuine care for the well-being of the team and homeowners, helps Miracon to deliver a high-quality product and the most exceptional customer service experience.

Michael Welty started in the new home industry in 2006 as an onsite sales representative for a local Colorado builder and successfully sold new homes through the recession. In 2012 he transitioned to sales management and in 2015 moved to a national builder where he became the Director of Sales. In 2016, Michael made the transition to Hartford Homes and over the last five years has moved up from the Director of Sales and Marketing to the President of Homebuilding.

David Bevilacqua
Customer Care Manager / Brookfield ResidentialDavid has a love for Brookfield Residential, which he’s called home for over 20 years, and has been working in the construction industry for most of his life. His grandfather and uncle, aka “The Bevilacqua Twins,” immigrated from Italy to the USA in 1916 at the age of sixteen. The family moved west to California settling in the San Leandro Bay Area, and began building new homes in the 1940’s. David is the third generation in his family to continue a career in the home building industry. Brookfield Residential has been a huge blessing in David’s life as he shares his passion with homeowners each day.
